Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
For private clients, no referral is needed. For NDIS and Aged Care clients, a referral from your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, or care coordinator is typically required.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition and goals. Most people see improvement within 4-8 sessions, but chronic conditions may require longer-term management.
Can I do physiotherapy via telehealth?
Yes! Telehealth is excellent for exercise programs, education, and follow-up care. Initial assessments and hands-on treatment are typically done in-person.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being treated. For lower limb issues, shorts are helpful. For upper body, a singlet or loose top works well.
